Community Project Assistance Grant
TCT’s commitment to the communities we serve stretches far beyond offering a variety of broadband services to members and customers. Over the past 50 years TCT has made contributions to many charities, civic and service clubs, and sponsored local events. Community Development Initiative and Community Project Assistance Grant
For over 50 years TCT has offered the latest in communication services to its members. In 2009 TCT committed to further serve their members through the TCT Community Development Initiative. The initiative was designed to help promote healthy lifestyles for current members and businesses, and to help support infrastructures that will attract new residents and businesses to TCT service areas.
TCT helps member communities by providing assistance in leadership, training, grant procurement, and business development, for both new and existing businesses. TCT also aids in creating and growing community foundations and acting as a liaison between local, state, and national economic development groups, as well as actively taking part in established Community Development Groups or facilitating the establishment of such groups.
TCT Community Project Assistance Grant
The TCT Community Project Assistance Grant was also created as a part of the initiative to nurture the growth and prosperity of TCT exchange communities, by supplying financial assistance. A subcommittee consisting of three TCT Board of Directors, and CEO, Dale Jones meets on a regular basis to approve grant submissions.
