TCT – Customer Service and Computer Repair Technician (Council Grove): This is a full time, M-F, 8-5pm position. Must be proficient at diagnostics and computer repair and able to troubleshoot customer service issues with internet, IPTV and landline phone service through help desk interactions including remoting into equipment. Will attend paid training for screen repair. A+ certification and Associate’s degree in MIS, IT, or computer science, preferred. High school diploma and good driving record required.
